Free Return/Exchange Policy

At Kashkiya, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our Free return and exchange process is designed to be quick and easy.  You can return your item for store credit or an exchange (excluding sale items)

Items under Clearance Tab are strictly no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Return Timeframe
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of Delivery.

Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Go to our return portal here.
2. Select your order and click the return button.
3. Choose your reason for return and submit the request.
4. Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
5. Upon approval, download the return shipping label.
6. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs
Regular-priced items are eligible for free returns and exchanges. For sale items, store credit or exchanges will be offered.

For international returns, the cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag.  

Processing Time

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued as store credit.

Return Shipping Label
You will receive your shipping label through the return portal. If you purchased redo, they will cover the cost of your label, if not, you will be able to purchase your label through our return portal.

Exchange Policy
You may exchange products for a different size, subject to availability.

International Returns
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag.
