Free Return/Exchange Policy
At Kashkiya, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a simple and hassle-free return experience with free return labels available (via Checkout+).
All items , including sale pieces, are eligible for return or exchange in line with our return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Must be requested within 14 days of delivery
🚫 Not eligible:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Clearance items (marked 'Final-Sale')
Return Timeframe
You may return or exchange products within 14 days of Delivery.
Returns must be shipped within 28 days of your return request being approved.
How Your Return Will Be Processed
- Full-price items: Refund, store credit, or exchange
- Sale/Discounted items: Store credit or exchange only

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- You will receive a free return shipping label
- Instant Exchange : Choose an instant exchange in our return portal and we’ll dispatch your new item right away, no need to wait for your return to arrive.
A temporary hold will be placed on your original order value and automatically released once your returned item is received. - A $7.99 handling fee applies (shipping new item, processing & restocking)
Gift Policy
In the event of a return, please be aware that any free gift should be returned. If you fail to include the gift, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from your refund.
Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference and eligibility.
Return/Exchange Shipping Label
If you checkout via Checkout+, you will receive a free return shipping label through our return portal - we’ll cover the return label cost of your return.
If Checkout+ was not added to your order, customers are responsible for their own return shipping .
International Returns
The cost of sending back the item/s is yours. Please ensure that your item/s are placed neatly, secured and properly sealed within a postbag.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our return portal here.
- Select your order and click the return button.
- Choose your reason for return and submit the request.
- Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
- Upon approval, download the return shipping label.
- Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy conditions and to assess any reported fault or issue.
- After the quality check is completed, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange accordingly.
Kashkiya reserves the right to inspect all returned items claiming a fault or issue before determining the appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
